Websites and current service#
The operator's public sites are quirelms.com and www.quirelms.com for marketing and waitlist information, docs.quirelms.com for documentation, and demo.quirelms.com for the browser-local demonstration. The current offering is pre-release; joining the waitlist is not purchasing a subscription or software licence. Any future hosted or proprietary self-hosted purchase is governed by the order and applicable Terms of Service.
An institution's Quire site may have a different owner, controller and contact details. Its branding or use of Quire software does not make Nuits the institution. Fictional Harbourview Institute notices in the demo are sample institutional content, not the operator's legal identity.
Rights, correspondence and disputes#
Operator privacy handling is described in the Privacy Policy; institutional roles are described in Tenant Site Policies. Commercial cancellation and refund requests can be sent to the same monitored mailbox and are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy and mandatory law.
Finnish law and Helsinki courts apply to business disputes as stated in the terms. This does not displace mandatory consumer protections, a consumer's applicable home-country law or courts, supervisory complaints, or other non-waivable remedies. Identifying the operator here does not certify the product's compliance with every jurisdiction or create an uptime, support or accessibility guarantee.
